AITA for kicking my sister out after she moved into my apartment without asking?

So, I (26F) have a two-bedroom apartment that I’ve been living in for the past 2 years. I love it, and it’s my space—my own little haven. My sister, Emily (24F), recently broke up with her boyfriend and was going through a rough patch, so I offered to let her stay with me for a little while to get back on her feet.

I made it clear that it would be a temporary arrangement and that we would need to set some boundaries. She agreed, and everything seemed fine at first. But after a few weeks, things started to change. Emily began treating my apartment like it was her own, leaving her stuff everywhere, inviting her friends over without asking, and even rearranging some of my furniture. At first, I tried to ignore it, but it started to get more annoying.

One evening, I came home after a long day of work to find that Emily had invited a bunch of people over for a small party without even giving me a heads-up. I wasn’t comfortable with it, but I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just stayed in my room to avoid any confrontation.

But the final straw came when I found out that Emily had been using my credit card to order food and drinks for herself and her friends. She hadn’t even asked me beforehand. I felt completely disrespected and betrayed. I confronted her, and she brushed it off, saying I was overreacting and that I should be more "chill."

I tried to stay calm and explain that I had given her a place to stay out of kindness, but she was taking advantage of it. She got defensive and said I was being selfish and that I should "let her live a little."

I told her that she needed to leave my apartment, and that’s when things got really heated. Emily refused and accused me of being unsupportive. I ended up kicking her out, and now the rest of the family is upset with me, saying I shouldn’t have done it the way I did. They think I could have handled it better and that I should have been more patient with her.

I feel terrible, but at the same time, I don’t think I was wrong to set boundaries in my own home.

So, AITA for kicking my sister out of my apartment?
